  • About the Business

We are working with one of the UK’s leading talent management agencies, representing prominent personalities across television, entertainment, sport and the creator economy.

As the business continues to invest in creator-led ventures and digital-first content, it is looking for an experienced Senior Digital Content Producer to develop and produce premium podcasts, You Tube channels and original digital series.

This is a hands-on creative production role for someone who can take an idea from concept through to final delivery.

You will work directly with high-profile talent to create content that grows audiences, builds valuable intellectual property and supports long-term commercial opportunities.

This is not a social media management position. The role requires strong experience across creative development, filming, directing, editing and digital content production.

The Role

Working closely with the Head of Ventures, Talent Agents and clients, you will lead the end-to-end production of digital content across podcasts, You Tube and original programming.

You will develop new formats, manage shoots, direct talent and deliver high-quality long-form and short-form content.

You will also contribute to channel growth by ensuring each project is creatively distinctive, commercially relevant and optimised for its intended platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop original concepts and recurring formats for podcasts, You Tube channels and digital-first series.
  • Lead productions from initial idea and pre-production through to filming, editing, publishing and final delivery.
  • Produce premium audio and video podcasts, including studio setup, multi-camera recording, talent direction and post-production.
  • Create long-form You Tube content, documentary-style programming, interviews, lifestyle formats, behind-the-scenes content and creator-led entertainment series.
  • Film in studio and on location using professional camera, lighting and audio equipment.
  • Direct creators, influencers and television talent during shoots, helping them deliver confident and engaging performances.
  • Edit high-quality long-form and short-form content, including You Tube videos, podcast episodes, Shorts, Reels and Tik Tok content.
  • Develop titles, thumbnails and packaging concepts that improve discoverability, engagement and audience growth.
  • Maintain consistently high creative and technical standards while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Work with the wider team to identify content opportunities that can become scalable formats, commercial partnerships or long-term intellectual property.

The successful candidate will have

  • A strong track record of producing successful You Tube channels, video podcasts or original digital series.
  • Demonstrable experience filming and editing premium long-form and short-form content.
  • Experience managing productions from creative concept through to final delivery.
  • Confidence working directly with creators, influencers, presenters or television talent.
  • A clear understanding of how content performs across You Tube, podcast platforms and social media.
  • Experience using audience insight, platform knowledge and creative judgement to improve content performance.
  • A portfolio that clearly demonstrates personal involvement in producing, filming and editing digital content.

Candidates must have relevant experience across You Tube production, podcast production or digital-first programming.

If this sounds like you - We'd love to hear from you.
