Where: Bromley (South East London), United Kingdom
Setup: Hybrid + Flexible
Hours: Flexible, typically aligned to US business hours (often around 11am–8pm GMT). Ideal for those who prefer later starts. While advertised as a full-time role, we’re flexible in setup (hours worked, days worked, days worked from home) for the right candidate.
Hi – we’re SUMO – the UK’s leading creator economy and talent management recruitment agency. We work with many of the UK’s top social media businesses, as well as talent agencies that represent some of the world’s best-known celebrities, YouTubers, and influencers. Our job is to connect the very best professionals in this space with some of the most exciting companies in the sector. After continued success, we’re now looking for an additional Recruiter to join our talent management recruitment team in Bromley, focussed on supporting some of the most exciting creator economy and talent businesses across the United States. You’ll be working directly with clients and candidates in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Running the full recruitment cycle: taking client briefs, writing job ads, sourcing candidates, interviewing, and managing offers.
- Building strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates – becoming their go-to recruiter.
- Using a range of sourcing methods (headhunting, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking) to attract the best talent.
- Working at pace to deliver results while maintaining excellent service standards.
- Representing SUMO with professionalism, energy, and industry knowledge.
- NO requirement for this person to do cold outreach to generate new business (business development), you’ll be given clients to manage and roles to work on.
- Would suit both agency recruiters and in‑house recruiters (Talent Acquisition).

- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, with proven experience leading accounts/client relationships.
- Confidence to manage clients and candidates, building trust quickly.
- Highly organised, resilient, and motivated by results.
