Hi – we’re SUMO – the UK’s leading creator economy and talent management recruitment agency. We work with many of the UK’s top creator economy businesses, as well as talent agencies that represent some of the world’s best-known celebrities, YouTubers, and influencers. Our job is to connect the very best professionals in this space with some of the most exciting companies in the sector.
After continued success, we’re now looking for an additional Recruiter to join our Social Media & Creators team in Bromley. This is a full-time role where you’ll be working directly with clients and candidates in a fast-paced environment. If you have agency recruitment experience, are ambitious, commercially minded, and curious about the creator and celebrity world, this could be the role for you.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Running the full recruitment cycle: taking client briefs, writing job ads, sourcing candidates, interviewing, and managing offers.
- Building strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates – becoming their go-to recruiter.
- Using a range of sourcing methods (headhunting, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking) to attract the best talent.
- Working at pace to deliver results while maintaining excellent service standards.
- Representing SUMO with professionalism, energy, and industry knowledge.
NO requirement for this person to do cold outreach to generate new business (business development), you’ll be given clients to manage and roles to work on.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Agency recruitment experience is essential – you know how to thrive in a target-driven, fast-moving environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with proven experience leading accounts/client relationships.
- Confidence to manage clients and candidates, building trust quickly.
- Highly organised, resilient, and motivated by results.
- Experience in using LinkedIn for recruitment: Sales Navigator, Native Platform, LinkedIn Recruiter, Recruiter Lite etc.
- Interest in the creator economy, social media, influencer marketing or wider creative industries.
- You must be able to commute to Bromley for 4 days a week.
