This is one of the most respected talent agencies in the UK, with a roster of high-profile talent operating at the intersection of fashion, beauty, lifestyle and entertainment. The agency works with some of the most commercially valuable names in the industry, managing careers across brand partnerships, editorial, digital content and broadcast. With a growing emphasis on creator talent alongside established names, the agency is now building out its in-house PR capability for the first time - a significant move that reflects both the ambition of the business and the direction of the wider market.
This is a newly created position and a rare opportunity to build something from the ground up inside an established, high-performing agency. As PR Manager, you will be the agency's first dedicated PR hire, responsible for shaping and delivering the press strategy for talent across the roster. You will work closely with talent managers and agents to understand each client's commercial positioning and career ambitions, translating that into proactive PR activity that elevates their profile and directly supports the agency's ability to secure and grow brand partnerships.
The role carries real weight. In fashion and beauty in particular, a talent's mainstream press profile has a direct and measurable impact on the value of their brand deals. This position is not peripheral to the commercial operation of the agency - it sits at the heart of it.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Developing and executing tailored PR strategies for individual talent across the roster, with a particular focus on fashion, beauty and lifestyle.
- Securing editorial coverage across print, digital, and broadcast — including magazine features, newspaper profiles, online interviews, and podcast appearances.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with editors, journalists, stylists and commissioning teams across the fashion and beauty press landscape.
- Managing relationships with brand communications and PR teams at fashion and beauty houses, identifying gifting, press trip and product collaboration opportunities that can convert into commercial partnerships.
- Coordinating red carpet, event and award strategy for roster talent — identifying the right opportunities, managing attendance and maximising coverage.
- Working closely with talent managers and agents on a day-to-day basis to ensure PR activity is fully aligned with each client's broader career strategy and commercial objectives.
- Leading on the development of talent press materials including bios, media kits and pitch documents.
- Monitoring press coverage, reporting on outcomes and communicating results clearly to both the internal team and talent clients.
- Proactively identifying new press and brand opportunities across the roster and bringing ideas to the team with a commercial lens.
- Supporting the wider agency in positioning itself as a destination for high-profile talent, contributing to the agency's own PR and industry presence where relevant.
- ~3 to 5 years of PR experience, with a strong background in fashion, beauty or lifestyle — either agency-side or in-house.
- ~ An established network of media and press contacts across fashion and beauty titles, both print and digital.
- ~ Direct experience working with talent, celebrities or high-profile public figures in a PR context.
- ~ Strong existing relationships with brand communications teams — particularly across fashion and beauty and a clear understanding of how those relationships translate into commercial opportunities for talent.
- ~ A commercially minded approach - you understand that press coverage is not just profile building, it is a lever that directly affects what a brand will pay for a partnership.
- ~ Experience developing and delivering PR strategies independently, with the confidence to own the function from day one.
- ~ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write compelling talent-facing materials and pitch to press contacts effectively.
- ~ Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple talent clients simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.
- ~ A collaborative team player who can work closely with talent managers and agents and integrate seamlessly into an agency culture.
- ~ Genuine interest in and understanding of the creator economy, influencer landscape and digital talent space.
