Our client is seeking an experienced and highly connected PR Manager to lead strategic publicity efforts for a roster of high-profile celebrity, beauty, and entertainment clients. The ideal candidate has deep experience across talent relations, media strategy, beauty/lifestyle communications, and entertainment publicity, with a strong network of editors, producers, stylists, publicists, and brand partners.
This role requires someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands celebrity culture and digital influence, and can expertly manage reputational strategy, media opportunities, launches, events, and crisis communications.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Develop and execute PR strategies for celebrity talent, entertainment projects, beauty partnerships, and brand campaigns
- Secure high-impact media placements across print, digital, TV, podcasts, and social platforms
- Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, producers, stylists, glam teams, and entertainment industry contacts
- Lead publicity campaigns surrounding launches, appearances, red carpets, partnerships, and events
- Manage talent press schedules, interview opportunities, media training, and public appearances
- Draft press releases, media pitches, briefing documents, statements, and talking points
- Coordinate with agents, managers, brands, legal teams, and external PR agencies to ensure aligned messaging
- Oversee influencer and celebrity partnership announcements within the beauty and entertainment sectors
- Monitor media coverage, industry trends, and cultural conversations to identify strategic opportunities
- 2+ years of experience in PR, talent communications, entertainment publicity, or beauty/lifestyle PR
- Proven experience working with celebrity talent, influencers, entertainment brands, or public figures
- Strong relationships with entertainment, beauty, fashion, and lifestyle media
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deep understanding of celebrity culture, digital media, influencer marketing, and entertainment news cycles
- Ability to manage multiple clients and high-pressure situations with discretion and professionalism
- Experience coordinating red carpet events, launches, premieres, and press junkets
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management
- UK Driving Licence
