We’re hiring a commercially driven Partnerships Executive for a fast-growing, creator-focused consultancy working across podcasts, social, YouTube and branded media.
This is a hands-on partnerships role for someone who already knows how this world works (brands, agencies, creators, sponsorships).
What you’ll be doing:
- Turning an existing roster of creators, publishers and clients into commercial opportunities
- Using your brand / agency network to open warm conversations
- Building sponsorship packages and partnership proposals
- Working closely with content and production teams to deliver high-impact campaigns
- Taking deals from first conversation through to close
This role is ideal if you:
- Have 2+ years’ experience in partnerships, media sales or sponsorships
- Bring existing brand or agency relationships
- Understand podcast sponsorships, creator partnerships and branded content
- Have worked in or alongside creator-led or talent environments
- Want a role where you can make an immediate commercial impact
