We’re looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager to lead our agency presence across social media, PR, and marketing communications.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence with a consistent and engaging voice.
- Lead all PR and communications activity, including press outreach, media coverage, and internal announcements.
- Build strong relationships with trade press to position the company as a leader in its field.
- Plan and deliver email marketing strategies, including newsletters and campaign communications.
- Create thought leadership content that reflects our unique perspective on creativity, culture, and content.
- Support and develop agency pitches and marketing presentations showcasing our work and capabilities.
- Keep the company website updated and aligned with our brand story.
- Assist with creating marketing content, including behind-the-scenes material, case studies, and campaign highlights.
- Experience in marketing, PR, or communications within a creative, digital, or content-focused environment.
- Confidence in working with press, shaping narratives, and positioning brands for visibility.
- Experience being a marketing executive/manager for a PR/Talent/Social agency (Desired).
