We’re hiring a Head of Digital to lead audience growth, content distribution and social strategy across a slate of talent-led podcasts, social and TV content. This role is focused on how long-form content is turned into high-performing digital formats and how platforms like YouTube, TikTok and Instagram are used to scale reach, build audiences and drive growth.

You’ll own the end-to-end digital strategy across multiple shows, with responsibility for how content is cut, packaged, distributed and optimised across platforms. This is a hands-on role working closely with production and talent shaping how content is adapted for social, what formats are developed, and how channels evolve over time.

You’ll build scalable content systems that consistently deliver performance, using data and platform insight to refine output without slowing down creativity. A key part of the role is growing YouTube as a core channel: driving views, subscribers and watch time through smarter publishing, stronger packaging and clearer format thinking. Alongside this, you’ll lead a small team, setting direction while staying close to execution to ensure quality and pace.

Key responsibilities
  • Own digital strategy across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube for podcast and TV content
  • Turn long-form episodes into high-performing short and mid-form formats
  • Define and develop repeatable content formats that drive reach and engagement
  • Lead on YouTube growth - titles, thumbnails, publishing strategy, retention
  • Analyse performance and use insights to continuously improve output
  • Work closely with producers and talent to shape content for platforms
  • Manage and develop a small social / content team
  • Ensure consistent output, quality and performance across all channels
What they’re looking for
  • 6–7 years’ experience in social, digital or audience growth roles
  • Strong track record growing YouTube and social channels
  • Experience working with long-form content (podcasts, TV, YouTube, streaming)
  • Deep understanding of how content performs across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube
  • Ability to develop formats, not just distribute content
  • Hands-on approach, comfortable in the detail as well as setting strategy
  • Experience working with talent or personality-led content
Why this role
  • Full ownership of digital across a growing content business
  • Direct impact on how shows scale and reach new audiences
  • Close collaboration with talent and production
  • Opportunity to build and shape a high-performing digital function
