We’re working with a fast-growing influencer and social agency looking for a freelance Account Director to join the team immediately. This is a senior client services role for someone who knows how to lead influencer campaigns from strategy through to delivery, while managing high-profile client relationships and mentoring internal teams. The role sits closely with leadership and will play a key part in driving campaign quality, client growth, and overall account performance.

The Role

  • Leading key accounts across influencer, social and digital campaigns, acting as the senior point of contact for clients and ensuring campaigns deliver against both creative and commercial objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading senior client relationships and acting as a strategic partner across campaigns
  • Translating client objectives into clear influencer and social-first strategies
  • Overseeing campaigns from briefing through to execution and reporting
  • Working closely with strategy, creative and talent teams to deliver high-performing campaigns
  • Managing and mentoring Account Managers and Executives across multiple projects
  • Driving account growth, forecasting and commercial performance
  • Presenting campaign insights, results and recommendations back to clients
  • Supporting pitches and new business opportunities where needed

What We’re Looking For

  • 6–10 years experience within influencer marketing, social or digital agencies
  • Strong experience leading large client accounts and multi-channel campaigns
  • Deep understanding of influencer marketing, creator partnerships and social platforms
  • Commercially minded with experience managing budgets and account profitability
  • Strong leadership and team management experience
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced agency environment
