Where: Bromley (South East London), United Kingdom
Setup: Remote with occasional travel to Bromley office

Salary: £Competitive Base (DOE) + Commission

We work with many of the UK’s top social media businesses, as well as talent agencies that represent some of the world’s best-known celebrities, YouTubers, and influencers. Our job is to connect the very best professionals in this space with some of the most exciting companies in the sector.
After continued success, we’re now looking for an additional Account & Delivery Manager (Recruitment) to join our talent management recruitment team in Bromley, focussed on supporting some of the most exciting creator economy and talent businesses across the United States. You’ll be working directly with clients and candidates in a fast-paced environment.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Running the full recruitment cycle: taking client briefs, writing job ads, sourcing candidates, interviewing, and managing offers.
- Building strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates – becoming their go-to recruiter.
- Using a range of sourcing methods (headhunting, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking) to attract the best talent.
- Working at pace to deliver results while maintaining excellent service standards.
- Representing SUMO with professionalism, energy, and industry knowledge.
NO requirement for this person to do cold outreach to generate new business (business development), you'll be given clients to manage and roles to work on. Would suit both agency recruiters and in-house recruiters (Talent Acquisition).
