ABOUT THE JOB
A well-renowned talent & PR agency are on the lookout for a Junior Talent Manager to join the team . You\’ll be managing a roster of lifestyle, fashion & beauty creators. Securing brand partnerships will be a key part of the role as you utilize your commercial skills to negotiate lucrative partnerships and campaigns.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Talent Assistant/Coordinator to take a step up and manage a small roster of your own.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and grow a roster of digital first creators
- Proactively identify and outreach new and up-coming creators to join your roster
- Manage multiple diaries & schedules for influencers
- Utilise social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram) to reach potential new talent and creators
- Create 3/6/12 month strategies in order to develop the talent personal brands
- Negotiate and secure brand partnerships for your roster
- Explore wider revenue streams – e.g. broadcast, podcasts, IP, literature, merchandise
MAIN REQUIREMENTS
- 18 months experience within a talent agency
- Great knowledge of the creator economy & wider entertainment landscape
- Proven success at proactively securing brand partnerships
