ABOUT THE JOB
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Talent Manager to support their talent management team in representing and growing the careers of their clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in managing day-to-day communication and relationships with talent, brands, and industry stakeholders
- Support the negotiation and execution of brand deals, sponsorships, and media opportunities
- Coordinate schedules, appearances, and engagements for talent, ensuring smooth logistics and execution
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential brand collaborations
- Assist in content planning and development strategies for talent across digital and traditional media
- Track and manage contracts, payments, and deliverables for talent partnerships
- Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings as needed
MAIN REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of experience in talent management
- Excellent communication, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of social media trends, content creation, and the sports/entertainment industries
