The Role
As an Influencer Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in scaling and supporting one of the UK\’s fastest-growing wellness brands. You will be fully in charge of the brand\’s macro and micro influencer marketing efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced environment, working with celebrity-level talent and making waves in the wellness industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, a foundation in influencer marketing, and a keen interest in the health & wellness industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fully in charge of contacting, negotiating and setting up paid influencer campaigns with celebrity-level talent, primarily on the Instagram channel and potentially YouTube.
- Build relationships with influencers, talent managers, agencies and other key stakeholders.
- Manage a high-volume gifting initiative, sending out products to thousands of creators every month.
- Evaluate the value and risk of each campaign to ensure they hit performance targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Constantly look for ways to refine our influencer strategy, boost campaign performance, and help us scale fast as we grow into the UK’s leading wellness brand.
- Act as a creative thought leader within the Growth team, providing strategic insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Achieve set CPA & Volume targets on Paid Influencer Campaigns (performance bonuses tied to over-performance).
Key Skills & Qualification:
- At least 3+ years of experience managing the full Influencer Campaign Setup process for an e-commerce brand (preferably a health/supplement D2C Brand).
- Managed Paid Influencer Campaign spend with a proven track record of hitting acquisition and revenue targets in a competitive market.
- Strong understanding of Paid Media Platforms (Meta specifically).
- Analytical mindset with a track record of using performance data to inform and optimise creative decisions.
- A passion for health & wellness or skincare is a plus.
