Overview
A new creator-focused sports content company is seeking an experienced influencer marketing professional to lead its campaign and talent partnership division. Working across platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, the business partners with creators, athletes, and public figures to deliver high-impact campaigns for major brands. This is a leadership opportunity for someone passionate about sport, particularly football, who understands the creator landscape and knows how to deliver culturally relevant campaigns that connect with fans.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee strategy, development, and execution of talent-led campaigns for brand and platform clients
- Build and manage a high-performing team across creator relations, delivery, and talent partnerships
- Create engaging, insight-driven campaign ideas that bring together athletes, creators, and cultural moments
- Act as senior contact for clients, guiding campaigns from concept through to completion
- Source and negotiate with top-tier talent across digital and sport, including football personalities and creators
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure delivery meets performance targets and client expectations
- Collaborate with creative, production, and strategy teams to execute integrated campaign plans
- Use performance data and feedback to continuously improve delivery and results
- Track platform and creator trends to keep the business ahead of the curve
- Build and maintain a strong network across the UK sports and creator space
