We’re working with a fast-growing influencer and social agency hiring an Influencer Client Director to lead senior client relationships and drive long-term account growth across flagship brand partners. This is a senior client leadership role for someone who is commercially sharp, trusted by clients, and deeply fluent in influencer-led strategy.
The Role
- Own and lead senior client relationships across multiple high-value influencer accounts
- Act as strategic counsel to brand stakeholders, marketing leads, and internal teams
- Shape influencer strategies spanning always-on, campaign, paid social and creator-led brand building
- Drive organic account growth through upselling, renewals and expanded scopes
- Oversee delivery quality, team performance and senior account planning
- Play a key role in pitches, proposals and commercial negotiations
What We’re Looking For
- Strong background in influencer marketing, social or creator-led agencies
- Proven experience owning senior client relationships and large accounts
- Commercially confident — understands margin, growth and client retention
