Role: Influencer Campaign Manager
Location: London (Hybrid)
The Role
As an Influencer Campaign Manager, you’ll be the engine behind day-to-day campaign delivery – driving execution, managing creators, and ensuring everything lands on time, on budget, and on brief. You’ll work closely with strategy, creative and client teams to bring ideas to life and deliver work that moves the needle.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of influencer campaigns across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube
- Source, vet, negotiate and brief creators — ensuring talent aligns with brand and creative direction
- Manage client comms, timelines, budgets, content approvals and reporting
- Oversee content reviews, ensuring output meets brand, legal and platform requirements
- Analyse campaign performance, extract insights and deliver clear reporting and recommendations
- Build and maintain strong creator and client relationships
- Contribute to pitching, creative development and process improvements as the team scales
About You
- 2–4 years\’ experience in influencer marketing, ideally agency-side
- Confident managing multiple campaigns, creators and stakeholders at once
- Strong understanding of creator culture, social trends and platform best practices
- Data-literate, organised, proactive and comfortable owning delivery from start to finish
