We are working with an established influencer management agency that is expanding its influencer marketing offering and is looking to appoint an Account Director to support its next phase of growth. This is a key role within the business, combining client leadership, campaign delivery and commercial responsibility. There is a real opportunity here to help shape and grow a developing area, with plenty of scope to make a tangible impact.

The successful candidate will take ownership of key client relationships, lead the delivery of influencer campaigns and play an active role in building out the agency’s offering. This would suit someone who is strategically minded, commercially aware and motivated by taking on greater ownership in a growing function.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the development and rollout of the influencer marketing offering, helping define how it is positioned and delivered.
  • Act as the senior point of contact for clients, guiding campaign strategy and building long term relationships.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities with brands and agency partners.
  • Oversee influencer campaigns from initial concept through to delivery and reporting, ensuring a consistently high standard.
  • Put in place effective processes for campaign delivery, including talent sourcing, workflows and performance tracking.
  • Work closely with internal teams across strategy, creative, production and talent to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Manage account performance, including budgets, forecasting and revenue growth.
  • Support the scaling of the function over time, including input into hiring and team development.
Requirements
  • Experience operating at Account Director level, or a Senior Account Manager ready to step up, within an influencer or social first agency.
  • A strong track record of delivering influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Confident managing client relationships and working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience contributing to new business and growing accounts.
  • Commercial awareness, with a good understanding of budgets, margins and performance.
  • A strong grasp of the creator and social media landscape.
  • Keen to take on a role with greater ownership and responsibility.
