We’re hiring a YouTube Channel Manager to take ownership of channel performance, optimisation and growth. This is a hands-on role focused on maximising reach and performance, not just managing uploads.
About the company: A founder-led content business using YouTube as its primary growth channel. The team is focused on building a high-performance content engine combining strong ideas, fast execution and constant optimisation.
The role: You’ll sit between content and distribution, ensuring every video is packaged, positioned and optimised to perform. You’ll work closely with the content, design and editing teams to continuously improve output based on data.
- Manage the full YouTube publishing process (uploads, metadata, scheduling)
- Write and test multiple title options for each video
- Brief and iterate on thumbnails with the design team
- Track performance across CTR, retention, watch time and subscriber growth
- Analyse top-performing content and identify repeatable trends
- Feed performance insights back into the content team
- Maintain content calendar and ensure consistent publishing cadence
- Run testing across titles, thumbnails and formats where possible
