We are hiring a Social Media Director to lead the end-to-end strategy, content direction, and multi-platform growth of an entrepreneurial leader's personal brand as well as business ventures across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. This role mixes high level strategy across social as well as being hands on with project management and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute a multi-channel social strategy with clear growth KPIs.
  • Lead campaign ideation, scripting, storytelling, and format development for short-form content.
  • Oversee production, ensuring consistency in quality, voice, and narrative.
  • Lead daily posting, scheduling, and rapid reactive content when trends emerge.
  • Track performance, build insight reports, and optimise content using data.
  • Collaborate closely with the presenter and creative partners; organise shoots and logistics.

About You

  • 10+ years leading social for creators, founders, media personalities, or high-growth brands.
  • Proven ability to grow TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or LinkedIn channels at scale.
  • Strong storytelling, editorial, and creative direction skills.
  • Deep understanding of platform behaviours, trends, and audience psychology.
  • Comfortable running a high-volume content cadence and adapting at pace.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
