Our client is seeking an experienced Digital Talent Manager to represent and grow a roster of lifestyle, wellness, and health-focused creators across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, podcasts, and emerging digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Manage a roster of lifestyle and wellness creators, acting as their primary point of contact
- Develop long-term career strategies tailored to each creator’s personal brand, audience, and goals
- Provide guidance on content direction, platform growth, brand positioning, and monetisation
- Identify, pitch, and negotiate brand partnerships aligned with creators’ values and audiences
- Lead commercial negotiations including fees, usage rights, exclusivity, and deliverables
- Ensure all partnerships comply with advertising standards, wellness regulations, and disclosure requirements
- Work collaboratively with brands, agencies, and internal teams to deliver successful campaigns
- Oversee contracts, renewals, invoicing coordination, and campaign reporting
Qualifications
- 2.5+ years’ experience in talent management working with wellness & health creators
- Proven experience managing creators or influencers, ideally in lifestyle, wellness, or health
- Existing relationships with lifestyle and wellness brands or agencies
