We’re hiring a Digital Director to lead audience growth and social strategy for a fast-growing, creator-led media business. This role will take ownership of podcast content distribution, audience growth and how digital channels contribute to the overall growth of the business.

You’ll own the end-to-end digital strategy across a slate of talent-led shows, with a clear focus on driving audience growth, engagement and long-term brand value. You’ll take the lead on turning long-form content into high-performing social formats, building scalable content systems and identifying opportunities to grow reach, deepen audience connection and unlock new revenue potential. Alongside this, you’ll lead and develop a small team, setting the creative and strategic direction while remaining close enough to the detail to ensure quality and performance standards are consistently high.

Key responsibilities
  • Own digital strategy across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube
  • Turn long-form content (podcasts / shows) into high-performing social formats
  • Build and grow audiences across multiple channels
  • Lead creative direction on social - formats, hooks, packaging, series ideas
  • Use performance data to inform content decisions
  • Drive YouTube growth (titles, thumbnails, publishing strategy, optimisation)
  • Manage and develop a small social / content team
  • Work closely with talent and production to shape content for platforms
