Our client is looking for a Digital Talent Manager who will oversee the day-to-day management, brand development, and strategic growth of a curated roster of high-profile digital creators and media personalities. This role requires an experienced, detail-oriented professional who combines strong relationship management skills with strategic insight into the digital and entertainment ecosystems.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as primary point of contact for a roster of digital talent across categories (fashion, lifestyle, entertainment, sports, beauty, and culture)
- Develop personalized career roadmaps and brand strategies tailored to each client’s long-term goals and market positioning
- Source and secure brand partnerships, media opportunities, collaborations, and cross-platform initiatives that align with client objectives
- Collaborate with legal and business affairs to structure, negotiate, and execute contracts with brands, networks, and production partners
- Ensure all client-facing opportunities align with brand integrity, public perception, and long-term positioning
- Maintain and grow relationships with key contacts in media, entertainment, luxury, fashion, and consumer brands
MAIN REQUIREMENTS
- 3.5+ years experience as a talent manager within a talent agency (working with digital talent)
- Proven success negotiating and closing high-value brand or media partnerships
- Demonstrated experience managing high-profile talent and handling sensitive or confidential matters with professionalism
