As Talent Agent for a global entertainment agency, you'll be working directly signing up influencers & digital creators for the agency's ever-growing roster. You'll be utilising your passion for entertainment & talent management together with your commercial skills to successfully negotiate partnerships and contracts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and grow a roster of varied digital talent/creators & broadcast first talent
  • Proactively identify and outreach new and up-coming creators to join your roster
  • Utilise social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram) to reach potential new talent and creators
  • Create 3/6/12 month strategies in order to develop the talent personal brands
  • Negotiate and secure brand partnerships for your roster
  • Explore wider revenue streams - e.g. broadcast, podcasts, IP, literature, merchandise

MAIN REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years’ experience within talent management
  • Exceptional knowledge of the creator economy & wider entertainment landscape
  • Proven success at securing high-figure partnerships
