A next-gen entertainment studio is looking for a Digital Producer who lives and breathes YouTube. You’ll join a creative team developing bold, cinematic, creator-led formats that push the boundaries of long‑form digital content. We’re after someone who truly understands how to hook an audience from pacing and story arcs to thumbnails, titles, and retention. You’ll develop, produce and direct original series with some of the most exciting creators in entertainment, lifestyle and culture. This is a hands‑on producer role for someone fluent in the YouTube ecosystem, passionate about storytelling and confident leading creators on set.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and pitch YouTube-first show ideas and original formats
- Cast creators, research trends and identify emerging talent
- Produce and direct creators on set to capture authentic, high‑energy moments
- Oversee edits, shaping story beats and audience engagement
- Track performance metrics to inform future creative decisions
You’ll Need:
- Proven experience producing YouTube-first or creator-led formats
- Strong editorial instinct to know what makes people click, stay and share
- Hands‑on experience from concept to shoot to edit to upload
- Understanding of YouTube analytics, including CTR, AVD and retention
- Confident working with creators, agencies and brand partners
- A collaborative spirit and ability to thrive in a fast-moving creative studio
- Experience growing channels or developing branded content
- Knowledge of social cutdown strategies for TikTok, Instagram, and Shorts
