We’re hiring a Video Lead to help shape the next generation of talent-led video and podcast content for a fast-growing digital media business. This isn’t a traditional management role. They’re looking for someone who’s still hands-on; someone who loves being behind the camera, in the edit and working closely with creative teams to make every piece of content as good as it can be.
You’ll be responsible for raising the quality of video across a growing slate of talent-led shows, bringing ideas to life from shoot through to final delivery, while helping establish creative standards, workflows and best practice across the team. You’ll lead the visual direction across a slate of talent-led shows while still staying close to the edit yourself. This is not a role for someone who has moved too far away from the craft.
What you’ll be doing:
- Shooting and editing premium long and short-form content
- Leading the creative direction of video output across multiple shows
- Working closely with producers, presenters and creatives to shape ideas from development through to delivery
- Directing shoots and ensuring consistently high production values
- Elevating editing standards, visual storytelling and overall creative quality
- Improving post-production workflows and helping the wider team work more efficiently
- Turning long-form content into engaging social-first edits that drive audience growth
What they’re looking for:
- Strong professional shooting and editing experience
- A brilliant eye for visual storytelling and pacing
- Experience leading creative decisions across video projects
- Confidence directing shoots and working with on-screen talent
- A genuine passion for podcasts, creators and digital media
- Experience producing content for YouTube and social platforms
- Strong knowledge of Premiere Pro and the wider Adobe Creative Suite
Why this role:
- Opportunity to help shape the visual identity of a fast-growing media brand
- Huge creative ownership across both long-form and short-form output
- Work on personality-led content with a strong focus on audience growth and social performance
- Join a business building modern entertainment brands across podcasts, YouTube and social video
If this sounds like you - we’d love to hear from you.
