We’re hiring a senior, expert-level Creative Strategist to join a fast-growing, global social agency. This is a strategy-led, pitch-critical, business-driving position. For the right person — this has a clear pathway into Strategy Director.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading strategic development across major RFPs and new-business pitches
- Turning audience, cultural and competitor insight into structured strategic frameworks
- Shaping big campaign platforms that guide creative, influencer and content teams
- Ensuring every idea ladders back to brand positioning and long-term growth
- Presenting thinking clearly and confidently to senior stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Senior Strategist / Creative Strategist in a social, influencer or integrated agency
- Deep understanding of platform behaviour, creator culture and social-first campaign ecosystems
- Strong deck writer — narrative flow, clarity, strategic logic
- Confident ideator with sharp creative judgement
- Comfortable leading pitch rooms and influencing senior clients
- Entertainment, streaming, sport or wider entertainment market experience is a major plus.
