We’re looking for a YouTube Editor with strong DaVinci Resolve experience to cut a premium factual entertainment series featuring high-profile talent. This isn’t traditional broadcast editing. We’re looking for someone who understands modern YouTube storytelling - pacing, momentum, retention and platform-native editing styles that keep audiences engaged without losing editorial quality. The content combines studio discussion, social media clips, humour, factual storytelling and reaction-driven moments into highly engaging longform episodes built specifically for YouTube audiences.

The Role

  • Editing longform YouTube episodes in DaVinci Resolve
  • Building engaging edits that prioritise pacing and audience retention
  • Shaping story structure, momentum and visual rhythm
  • Integrating graphics, UGC, social content and mixed-media assets
  • Collaborating closely with producers and editorial teams
  • Supporting cutdowns and additional social edits where needed
  • Managing multiple episodes and quick turnaround timelines
