The Role: Business Director – Influencer Marketing
Start Date: Immediate Start
Location: London, Soho – Hybrid
We’re on the lookout for a strategic and commercially minded Business Director to lead and grow a thriving Influencer Marketing division within a creatively led agency. This is a rare opportunity to shape and drive influencer activity that’s fully integrated into brand strategy, not just a bolt-on.
You\’ll join and lead a collaborative team of 4 spanning influencer marketing and talent management, already working with some brilliant brands and creators, and you’ll help push this even further.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the growth and direction of the Influencer Marketing division, staying plugged into social, entertainment, and creator culture to keep the work fresh and impactful.
- Managing and mentoring a growing team of Influencer Marketers, helping them progress and thrive.
- Overseeing key client relationships, guiding campaigns end-to-end from creative thinking and talent sourcing to negotiation, reporting, and delivery.
- Playing a hands-on role in revenue planning, new business strategy, forecasting and spotting opportunities for expansion with both talent and brand clients.
- Acting as the go-to figure for influencer and talent marketing across the business, both internally and externally.
- Pitching, presenting and representing the agency at a senior level, and making sure influencer marketing remains a standout offering.
What We’re Looking For
- Deeply knowledgeable about the influencer space, including contracts, talent management, and creator-first thinking.
- Client-savvy and strategic, with a strong commercial instinct.
- Experience in client relationships – you can pitch, present, and lead from the front
- Great with people, a mentor to the team, a trusted advisor to clients, and a strong, clear communicator.
- Data-literate – able to extract and explain insights that guide creative and business thinking.
- A true collaborator, always working with others to deliver the best work possible.
