We’re hiring a Business Development Manager to join a fast-growing business operating within creator, social media, influencer marketing and digital entertainment. This is a high-impact commercial role focused on building relationships with brands, agencies, and partners to drive new revenue across creator-led campaigns, social strategy, influencer partnerships, branded content, and digital activations.

The business already works with some of the most exciting brands and talent in the space, and they’re now looking for someone commercially sharp, proactive, and genuinely passionate about the creator economy to help drive the next stage of growth. This role would suit someone from an influencer agency, creator business, social agency, talent management company, media publisher, or digital marketing environment.

What you'll be doing:

  • Driving new business opportunities across brands, agencies, and commercial partners
  • Building and managing a strong outbound pipeline through networking, outreach, partnerships, and industry relationships
  • Leading pitches, proposals, commercial conversations, and deal negotiations
  • Selling creator campaigns, influencer partnerships, branded content, social strategy, digital activations, and talent-led opportunities
  • Working closely with internal strategy, campaign, talent, and creative teams to shape solutions for clients
  • Identifying trends, opportunities, and growth areas across the creator economy and social media landscape
  • Representing the business at industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities
  • Building long-term client relationships that drive repeat business and revenue growth
  • Collaborating with founders and senior leadership on commercial strategy and expansion plans
  • Helping shape how the business positions itself within the influencer and creator economy market
