We're currently recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing, independent digital marketing agency for a Paid Social Account Manager to join their performance marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded and strategically driven paid social specialist to manage key client accounts and lead performance-focused campaigns across a portfolio of premium consumer brands. Working across Meta, Pinterest, TikTok and other social platforms, you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth while balancing performance objectives with long-term brand value.
The successful candidate will combine strong platform expertise with strategic thinking, excellent client management skills, and a genuine passion for digital marketing, creative testing, and emerging technologies.
Responsibilities- Lead the day-to-day management and optimisation of paid social campaigns across key client accounts.
- Develop and execute paid social strategies that drive performance, growth, and ROI across Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Build strong client relationships, leading performance reviews and presenting strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad concepts, testing frameworks, and campaign assets.
- Analyse campaign and business performance data to deliver actionable insights and identify growth opportunities.
- 3+ years' experience managing paid social campaigns, ideally within an agency environment.
- Strong expertise across Meta Ads, Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads, and paid social best practices.
- Proven ability to translate performance data into clear strategic recommendations and commercial outcomes.
- Excellent client communication and presentation skills, with experience managing stakeholder relationships.
- Experience working with premium, luxury, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands would be highly advantageous.
