We’re hiring an Account Manager to join an exciting, growing social and content agency. This is a client-facing role focused on managing a small portfolio of accounts, ensuring work runs smoothly and maintaining a high standard of communication across projects.
You’ll work closely with internal teams across social and content, while building strong relationships with clients in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing day-to-day relationships with a group of clients
- Keeping communication clear, consistent and proactive
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure work is delivered on time and to a high standard
- Leading regular check-ins and keeping projects organised
- Supporting feedback and ensuring it’s clearly actioned
- Maintaining a good understanding of the content being produced and how it performs
What we’re looking for:
- 2–5 years’ experience in account management or client services
- Background in a social, influencer or content-led environment
- Experience working with talent, creators or fast-moving clients is a strong plus
- A good eye for content and understanding of what performs
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple accounts
- Personable, confident and able to build strong relationships quickly
