We’re a pioneering, technology-driven creator marketing agency with over a decade of experience delivering successful campaigns for globally recognised brands. Following strong client growth and expansion into the UK and EMEA, we’re growing our team to support exciting new projects.

The Role

  • Oversee the execution of influencer campaigns for key clients, with support from senior staff.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Assess campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Support and mentor junior team members.
  • Identify opportunities for growth across existing and new clients.
  • Contribute to refining processes and enhancing our overall service offering.

About You

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, commerce, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
  • 2+ years’ experience in influencer marketing or a related discipline.
  • Proven success in supporting or managing marketing campaigns with a high level of autonomy.
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing, social content, and digital/performance media.
  • Excellent client service and communication skills; written, verbal, and in person.
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager (stronger knowledge of paid social is advantageous but not essential).
