Talent Specialist (Commercial)

ABOUT THE JOB As Talent Agent for a global entertainment agency, you\’ll be working directly signing up influencers & digital creators for the agency\’s ever-growing roster. You\’ll be utilising your passion for entertainment & talent management together with your commercial skills to successfully negotiate partnerships and contracts. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and grow a roster of varied digital talent/creators & broadcast first talent Proactively identify and outreach new and up-coming creators to join your roster Utilise social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram) to reach potential new talent and creators Create 3/6/12 month strategies in order to develop the talent personal brands Negotiate and secure brand partnerships for your roster Explore wider revenue streams – e.g. broadcast, podcasts, IP, literature, merchandise MAIN REQUIREMENTS ~3+ years’ experience within talent management ~ Exceptional knowledge of the creator economy & wider entertainment landscape ~ Proven success at securing high-figure partnerships SUMO are an equal opportunities employer.
