A boutique digital-first talent management agency are currently recruiting for experienced and passionate Talent Managers to join. You will build and grow a roster of creators & broadcast talent, as well as negotiating and securing lucrative brand partnerships.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage a roster of digital-first talent (across Instagram & TikTok) and a number of broadcast talent too (presenters, radio DJs, podcast hosts)
- Diary management
- Identify & outreach both established and up & coming talent to add to the agency's roster, utilising your industry networks and social media platforms (in particular TikTok & Instagram)
- Brand outreach
- Draft and negotiate contracts
- Secure ongoing brand partnerships and collaborations
- Explore wider opportunities for talent, such as podcasts, IP & literary
MAIN REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2.5 years’ experience managing talent
- Commercially minded, able to target and secure authentic brand partnerships
- Extremely organised, able to prioritise tasks and workload
- A finger on the pulse of latest social media trends and up and coming creators
