The Opportunity
Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Agent to join their team. The Senior Talent Agent will play a key role in identifying, signing, and representing digital first talent across various platforms including Instagram, TikTok & YouTube. This role requires a strong network of brands & talent and excellent negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Primary contact for a roster of creators, providing strategic career guidance
- Develop and execute tailored career plans for each client to maximize their potential and achieve their goals.
- Secure and negotiate lucrative partnerships - drafting and amending contracts for favourable outcomes
- Attend shoots & press commitments with talent
- Proactively outreach to brands, securing authentic partnerships and long-lasting collaborations
- Grow your roster, onboarding both up-and-coming talent or established creators
Key Requirements
- Previous experience working as a talent agent/talent manager, overseeing digital talent
- Commercially-savvy- and have the ability to independently negotiate contracts
- A finger on the pulse of the latest up-and-coming creators, and social media trends
