Our client is looking for a visionary senior talent professional to lead their digital/influencer division. The ideal candidate will have an expert knowledge of the creator economy, a proven track record in high-profile talent management, and exceptional skills in devising long-term talent strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the talent agency's digital division - overseeing its evolution and growth in terms of both size, revenue & industry standing
  • Manage a varied roster of digital-first talent
  • Line manage a team of Talent Assistants and Agents
  • Devise both short and long term talent strategy for creators, incorporating opportunities across wider revenue streams including broadcast, podcasts, IP & literary.
  • Oversee the identification & onboarding of top-tier talent to enhance the agency’s portfolio
  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with international brands, ensuring talent's alignment with their brand values and objectives
  • Responsible for the profit and loss of the agency's digital talent arm
  • Confidentially negotiate and manage high-profile contracts and agreements

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in talent management
  • An expert knowledge of the creator economy and wider entertainment space
  • Proven track record in leading talent management teams
