Job Role: Talent Coordinator (Dig & Ent) Location: London, Hybrid Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE ABOUT THE JOB Our client is seeking a dynamic and organized Talent Coordinator to join their team, working closely with TV personalities and digital creators. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day operations, fostering relationships, and supporting talent in achieving their career goals. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for the entertainment and digital media industries. RESPONSIBILITIES Act as the primary point of contact for assigned TV personalities and digital creators Coordinate schedules, appearances, shoots, and other professional engagements Collaborate with talent to develop, plan, and execute content across platforms (e.g., TV, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok) Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for talent Research and identify opportunities for talent, including sponsorships, collaborations, and new platforms Plan and coordinate talent appearances at events, interviews, and premieres MAIN REQUIREMENTS 1+ years of experience in talent coordination, entertainment, digital media, or a related field Prior experience working with TV personalities or digital creators Familiarity with TV and digital content production processes and trends in the entertainment industry SUMO is an equal opportunities employer.
