Their niche focuses on high-profile photographers, stylists, editors, and other top-tier creatives who, in addition to their professional expertise, are recognized as influential content creators with substantial brand appeal.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage a diverse roster of fashion/luxury focused talent, ensuring their personal brands and professional careers are aligned with strategic growth opportunities.
  • Lead negotiations for partnerships and collaborations with brands across fashion, beauty, luxury, and other sectors.
  • Develop tailored career strategies for each individual, ensuring a balance between their industry work and their growing influence as content creators.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 3 years experience within talent and/or artist management.
  • Established network of contacts across luxury and fashion.
  • Proven track record in negotiating contracts and securing high-value partnerships.
  • Understanding of social media platforms, trends, and how to leverage digital content for growth and engagement.
