Job Role: Talent Manager (Digital + Broadcast)

Location: Hybrid / London, UK

Salary : £32k – £40k DOE

ABOUT THE JOB

A boutique digital-first talent management agency are currently recruiting for experienced and passionate Talent Managers to join. You will build and grow a roster of creators & broadcast talent, as well as negotiating and securing lucrative brand partnerships.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage a roster of digital-first talent (across Instagram & TikTok) and a number of broadcast talent too (presenters, radio DJs, podcast hosts)
• Diary management
• Identify & outreach both established and up & coming talent to add to the agency's roster, utilising your industry networks and social media platforms (in particular TikTok & Instagram)
• Brand outreach
• Draft and negotiate contracts
• Secure ongoing brand partnerships and collaborations
• Explore wider opportunities for talent, such as podcasts, IP & literary

MAIN REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2.5 years’ experience managing talent
• Commercially minded, able to target and secure authentic brand partnerships
• Extremely organised, able to prioritise tasks and workload
• A finger on the pulse of latest social media trends and up and coming creators
