Our client is seeking a driven and experienced Talent Agent to join their agency and represent their roster of TV and Radio broadcasters and presenters. You will play an integral in nurturing and advancing the careers of your roster – securing opportunities, and negotiating contracts for various broadcasting and presenting roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the media industry, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record of talent representation in TV and Radio.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for a roster of TV and Radio broadcasters and presenters – providing guidance, support, and representation in all aspects of their careers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with talent, understanding their career goals, strengths, and preferences, and working closely with them to achieve success.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for talent in TV and Radio broadcasting, including hosting roles, presenting gigs, voiceover work, and guest appearances
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to talent throughout their careers, offering advice on career trajectory
  • Negotiate brand partnerships for talent

MAIN REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience as a talent agent or talent manager, with a focus on representation in TV and Radio broadcasting
  • Strong network within the media industry, with existing relationships with broadcasters, producers and directors
  • Proven track record of securing opportunities and negotiating contracts for talent in TV and Radio projects
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to navigate complex deal structures and agreements
