As a Talent Agent at this digital-first talent agency, you will play a pivotal role in representing and advancing the careers of creatos. Leveraging your industry knowledge, network of contacts, and negotiation skills, you\’ll collaborate with clients and industry professionals to secure brand partnerships and drive success.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point for digital talent (TikTok, Instagram & YouTube)
- Identify and approach new creators and talent to join your roster
- Be responsible for day to day diary management for your talent
- Develop and execute personalized career strategies for each client, focusing on their individual goals and aspirations
- Respond to all incoming brand enquiries
- Attend shoots, filming and industry events with talent
- Negotiate brand partnerships for your roster, drafting contracts and ensuring favorable terms
- Explore wider media opportunities for your roster – across television, podcasts, literary & IP
Requirements
- 2 years experience within a talent management position
- Excellent negotiation skills, confident at brand outreach
- A finger on the pulse of the latest social media trends, and up and coming creators
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
