An entertainment heavyweight are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Senior Talent Agent to join their newly launched sports division. You will be representing a roster and managing digital & broadcast opportunities for sportspeople and athletes.
Responsibilities
- Represent and manage a roster of sports focused talent – day to day diary management, digital presence, brand collaborations and broadcast opportunities
- Line manage a team of Talent Managers & Talent Assistants
- Secure and negotiate brand partnerships & sponsorships that align with athletes’ personal brand and career goals
- Develop and implement talent strategies to grow talent's personal brands across digital, broadcast, live events, IP, literary & podcast
- Confident negotiator – able to draft and negotiate complex contracts
Requirements
- 5+ years within a talent agency, managing sport-specific talent including current athletes, sports broadcasters & sport focused content creators
- An impressive black book of industry contacts – within both sport and the wider entertainment industry
- Line management experience
