Role Overview
A highly exciting entertainment talent agency are looking for an experienced Talent Agent to step in on a maternity cover basis, managing a roster of digital creators and broadcast personalities.
The role involves securing opportunities, providing strategic career support, and negotiating contracts in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Responsibilities
- Represent a roster of both digital and broadcast talent in their careers.
- Lead a team of junior talent agents & assistants
- Source authentic brand partnerships opportunities for talent
- Secure TV appearances for talent – even helping digital talent explore opportunities across TV & radio too
- Seamlessly draft and negotiate contracts
- Build and maintain industry relationships to secure high-value opportunities.
- Stay ahead of trends in digital content and broadcast media.
Requirements
- 5 years + experience in talent management, preferably in both the digital or broadcast sectors
- Experience working on both TV & literary projects
- Highly organised – able to juggle multiple task at once, and multiple talents' diaries
- An excellent black book of contracts within television & wider broadcast
