Role Overview

A highly exciting entertainment talent agency are looking for an experienced Talent Agent to step in on a maternity cover basis, managing a roster of digital creators and broadcast personalities.

The role involves securing opportunities, providing strategic career support, and negotiating contracts in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Represent a roster of both digital and broadcast talent in their careers.
  • Lead a team of junior talent agents & assistants
  • Source authentic brand partnerships opportunities for talent
  • Secure TV appearances for talent – even helping digital talent explore opportunities across TV & radio too
  • Seamlessly draft and negotiate contracts
  • Build and maintain industry relationships to secure high-value opportunities.
  • Stay ahead of trends in digital content and broadcast media.

Requirements

  • 5 years + experience in talent management, preferably in both the digital or broadcast sectors
  • Experience working on both TV & literary projects
  • Highly organised – able to juggle multiple task at once, and multiple talents' diaries
  • An excellent black book of contracts within television & wider broadcast
