Are you a Lawyer/Legal Counsel with experience working within talent representation agency\’s or directly with talent? Do you have a strong background in talent contracts, brand deals and commercial agreements?
A leading talent agency that represents influencers, creators, TV presenters, actors and celebrities are looking for a legal counsel to support them as they continue to grow and expand.
We are open to applications from candidates looking for full-time, part-time, freelance and contract roles.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review and negotiate talent contracts, brand deals and commercial agreements
- Advise on endorsement, licensing and partnership agreements
- Ensure contracts align with industry best practices and legal compliance
- Support talent managers with contract reviews, contract issues, structuring and risk assessment.
What We\’re Looking For
- 3-5+ years of legal experience in a talent agency, entertainment law firm, or in-house within entertainment/media
- Strong understanding of talent contracts, brand collaborations, and commercial agreements
- Experience working with influencers, creators, celebrities, actors, musicians, or TV presenters
