Junior Talent Agent (TV Personalities & Influencers)
Location: London Remote
Salary: Up to £35k
As a Junior Talent Agent, you will assist in managing client relationships, securing brand collaborations, and developing opportunities for social media influencers and TV personalities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support Senior Talent Agents in managing a roster of TV personalities and influencers, helping to identify opportunities for clients across television, social media, and brand partnerships
- Help to facilitate partnerships between clients and brands, including influencer campaigns, sponsorship deals, and product endorsements
- Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, ensuring the best terms for clients, and supporting senior agents in negotiations
- Help maintain relationships with brands, PR firms, casting directors, producers, and marketing agencies to generate opportunities for clients
- Work closely with senior agents to support the overall career strategy of clients, providing input on public appearances, content ideas, and brand alignment
- Assist with coordinating public appearances, TV show bookings, brand events, and other opportunities for client exposure
MAIN REQUIRMENTS:
- 1-2 years of experience in the entertainment industry within talent management
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and an understanding of digital trends and TV landscape
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling contracts, negotiations, and administrative tasks
