Job Title: Part-Time Talent Assistant (Beauty & Lifestyle Creators)
Location: Remote / Must be UK Based
Overview
Our client is looking for an experienced detail-oriented, highly organized Part-Time Talent Assistant to support their growing team and roster of diverse beauty and lifestyle influencers. This role is ideal for someone passionate about influencer culture, equity in the beauty industry, and behind-the-scenes logistics that keep creator careers thriving.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day talent coordination and scheduling
- Track and manage brand campaign deliverables, timelines, and deadlines
- Review creator content for alignment with campaign briefs and brand guidelines
- Communicate with creators and brands professionally and promptly
- Support influencer outreach and onboarding for partnerships and events
- Help compile campaign recaps and performance reports
- Stay informed on trends in the beauty, wellness, and lifestyle space—especially those centering underrepresented voices
Requirements:
- 1+ years experience in talent management at an agency
- Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and influencer tools
- Passion for diversity and inclusion in media
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
