As Talent Agent for a global entertainment agency, you'll be working directly signing up influencers & digital creators for the agency's ever-growing roster. You'll be utilising your passion for entertainment & talent management together with your commercial skills to successfully negotiate partnerships and contracts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and grow a roster of varied digital talent/creators & broadcast first talent
- Proactively identify and outreach new and up-coming creators to join your roster
- Utilise social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram) to reach potential new talent and creators
- Create 3/6/12 month strategies in order to develop the talent personal brands
- Negotiate and secure brand partnerships for your roster
- Explore wider revenue streams - e.g. broadcast, podcasts, IP, literature, merchandise
MAIN REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ yearsβ experience within talent management
- Exceptional knowledge of the creator economy & wider entertainment landscape
- Proven success at securing high-figure partnerships
