Junior Talent Agent

A boutique comedy talent agency is seeking a Junior Talent Agent to support its growing roster of comedians and comedy actors. Working closely with the agency’s Founder, you will play a key role in securing opportunities across TV, live events, and brand partnerships.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in managing and developing a diverse roster of comedians and comedy actors.
- Secure TV appearances, live performance opportunities, and other industry bookings.
- Negotiate and oversee brand partnerships, ensuring collaborations are both lucrative and authentic.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with broadcasters, producers, promoters, and brands.
- Support talent with career strategy, contract negotiations, and industry opportunities.
- Track market trends and identify new opportunities for talent development.
- Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, deal tracking, and liaising with clients.
MAIN REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in talent management and brand partnerships, within entertainment, comedy, or a related industry
- A passion for comedy and a deep understanding of the industry
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
