This role involves hybrid working from our Newcastle studio (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays in-studio). You will be part of Atomhawk's creative team, working closely with Production and collaborating directly with Sumo Digital as the client. You will support Sumo's Marketing Manager by delivering a wide range of graphic design materials that enhance their commercial and B2B activity. This includes creating clear, engaging, and brand-consistent assets such as pitch materials, website designs, presentations, and other business-focused collateral.

As a Marketing Graphic Designer, you will confidently take briefs, manage your workload effectively, and deliver polished design solutions that align with Sumo Digital's and Atomhawk's brand guidelines. You will contribute to a structured pipeline of work, supported by Atomhawk's production processes and team.

This position would suit someone who has experience in a marketing agency background and enjoys solving communication challenges through design, thrives when working across multiple projects, and takes pride in producing high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating experience and proficiency in graphic design including a range of marketing examples.
  • Good working knowledge of software including PowerPoint, Photoshop and Illustrator, as well as a high capacity to learn new tools.
  • Solid understanding of core principles of graphic design.
  • Experience delivering graphic design content to strict technical specifications and deadlines.
  • Website design experience (advantageous).
  • Time management skills.
  • Experience delivering a wide range of Graphic Design briefs that maintain a cohesive brand image.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in verbal, written and visual forms.
