If you’re a technical co-founder who’s ready to go all in – building, iterating, and scaling a product from 0 to 10. If you’re an experienced developer or infrastructure engineer with a passion for creating user-first experiences, this is an opportunity to shape something from the ground up.

Who You Are:

6+ years in software development and/or infrastructure – You’ve built and shipped products before. Bonus points if you’ve worked on consumer-facing apps.

Resilient & committed – Startups are hard. You’re in for the long game, willing to put in the time and effort.

Empathetic & user-focused – You care about the people using the product and the world at large, you’re truly kind and interpersonal.

A great communicator & collaborator – You’re not just a coder; you can check your ego at the door and work closely with design, business, and marketing to make the right product decisions.

Bias toward action – You move fast, experiment, and prioritize impact over perfection.

Experience with scaling – You know how to build for growth, whether that means handling thousands of users or setting up infrastructure that won’t collapse under load.

What You’ll Do:

Build & lead the technical side of the product—architecture, infrastructure, and execution.

Make key decisions on tech stack, security, and performance optimizations.

Own the product strategy alongside your co-founder—balancing speed, scalability, and user needs.

Scale from 0 to 10—from an MVP to a product people love and use daily.

What You Won’t Have To Do (Unless you want to):

Help raise funding – pitching to investors and building the tech team.

Marketing Activities – Carving out effective marketing strategies to promote the product.

Speaking to users – User interviews, Discovery, User Research.

Compensation:

Equity-based only – This is an unpaid role initially, but you’ll own a meaningful stake in the company alongside your co-founder.
